IN SHORT
- We collect what we need to run sodalife: your account details, phone number, profile, messages and payments.
- Your username, name, photo, bio and gender are public. Your phone number and date of birth are private.
- We do not record your calls or live streams, and we do not collect your precise location.
- We do not sell your data or show you ads.
- You can see, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who We Are
sodalife is operated by Flyntrix Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States ("SodaLife", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you use the sodalife app and website. It is part of our Terms of Use.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us:
- Account: The name and email address from your Google or Apple account, and the mobile number you verify with a WhatsApp code.
- Profile: Username, full name, profile photo, bio, gender, date of birth, languages, country and content preferences.
- Messages and activity: Chats you send, call history (who called, when and for how long), creators you follow and events you book.
- Payments and earnings: When you buy Units or get paid as a creator, we keep a record. We never see your card or bank details.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and login: A device identifier created by the app, your platform (Android or iOS), and the time of each sign-in and sign-out.
- Online status: Whether you are online or in a session, and when you were last active.
- Notifications: Push notification tokens so we can send you messages and incoming call alerts.
- App usage and crashes: Anonymous feature usage and crash reports to fix bugs and improve performance.
What we do not collect:
- We do not record audio calls, live streams, live rooms or events. They are sent in real time and are not stored.
- We do not collect your precise location (GPS), your contacts or your device call logs.
- We do not use advertising identifiers or track you across other apps.
3. Device Permissions
We ask for these permissions only when you use the feature that needs them. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.

4. How We Use Your Information
- To create your account, verify your phone number and confirm you are 18 or older.
- To run chats, calls, live streams, live rooms and events, and to process Units, subscriptions and creator payouts.
- To show you relevant creators and content based on your languages and preferences.
- To keep sodalife safe: verifying creators, reviewing reports, moderating content and preventing fraud.
- To send you service messages, such as sign-in codes, call alerts and policy changes.
- To fix bugs, understand app usage and improve performance.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties, and respond to lawful requests.
5. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers to run the platform:

6. What Others Can See
- Public: Everyone on sodalife can see your username, full name, profile photo, bio and gender. Creators' profiles, rates, ratings and events are also public.
- Conversations: The people you chat or call with can see your messages and your online status.
- Live sessions: Viewers in a live stream, live room or event can see and hear the host, and see anyone who joins on stage.
- Private: Your phone number, email address, date of birth, UPI ID and balance are never shown to other users.
7. Where Your Data Is Stored
sodalife is a U.S. company, and your data is stored on servers run by our cloud providers, which may be in the United States or other countries. When we move data across borders, we use the protections required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How Long We Keep It

9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- See the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- Correct data that is wrong or out of date (edit in your profile);
- Delete your account and data, in the app (Profile → Manage Account) or at sodalife.app/delete-account;
- Withdraw consent, for example by turning off notifications or a permission;
- Object to or limit some uses of your data; and
- Complain to us, or to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email support@flyntrix.com from the email linked to your account. We will reply within 30 days.
10. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls that limit who can see private data, and screenshot blocking inside the app. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires, including within 72 hours where Indian law applies.
11. Children
sodalife is only for people aged 18 or older, and we check your date of birth when you sign up. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we will close it and delete their data.
12. Users in India
For users in India, we process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can nominate another person to exercise your rights if you become unable to do so. For any privacy question or complaint, contact our Grievance Officer:
13. Users in Other Countries
EEA, UK and Switzerland: GDPR rights apply. California and other U.S. states: We do not sell or share your personal data for targeted advertising, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
