Moderation Policy
IN SHORT
- These rules apply to everyone on sodalife: viewers and creators, in chat, audio calls, live streams, live rooms and events.
- We use automated tools, human reviewers and your reports to find content that breaks the rules.
- Most first mistakes get a warning. Repeated breaks lead to strikes, and 3 strikes in 90 days means a permanent ban.
- Harm to children, sexual services and fraud lead to an immediate permanent ban.
- You can appeal any decision.
1. What This Policy Covers
This Moderation Policy explains what is not allowed on sodalife, how we find it, and what happens when someone breaks the rules. It is part of the sodalife Terms of Use and applies to every account, whether you are a viewer or a creator.
It covers profiles, usernames and photos, paid chat, audio calls, live streams, live rooms and events. It also covers behaviour that starts on sodalife and continues elsewhere, such as scams or threats against someone you met here.
2. How We Moderate
- Automated tools: May check profiles, messages and live sessions and flag possible problems.
- Human reviewers: Check flagged content and every user report, and make the final decision in most cases.
- User reports: Tell us about problems our tools miss. We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
- Contextual evaluation: We look at the context of a situation, including what was said before and the person's history on sodalife.
3. What Is Not Allowed
These categories match the reasons you can pick when you report something in the app. The level shows how seriously we treat each one:
| Category | What Is Not Allowed | Level |
|---|---|---|
| Underage users | Anyone under 18 using sodalife, or appearing in a stream, Room or call. | Severe |
| Nudity and sexual content | Nudity, sexual acts, sexual services for Units or money, sexual chat on request, and sharing intimate images without consent. | Severe |
| Scams and fraud | Asking for payment outside the app, fake giveaways, phishing, stolen payment methods, and chargeback fraud. | Severe |
| Violence | Threats, encouraging violence, showing real violence or weapons in a threatening way. | High |
| Self-harm | Showing, encouraging or giving instructions for suicide or self-harm. | High |
| Hate speech | Attacking people for their religion, caste, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or disability. | High |
| Harassment | Bullying, insults, stalking, repeated unwanted messages or calls, and recording others without consent. | High |
| Illegal activity | Selling drugs, weapons or other illegal goods, gambling, or promoting any crime. | High |
| Impersonation | Pretending to be another person, creator, brand or sodalife staff (including AI likenesses). | High |
| Copyright | Streaming music, films, sports or other content you do not have the rights to. | Standard |
| Misinformation | False information that can cause real harm, such as fake health cures or emergency alerts. | Standard |
| Spam | Repeated bulk messages, fake engagement, bots, and paid promotion of other brands. | Standard |
4. Extra Rules for Creators
Creators earn from viewers, so they are held to a higher standard. As a creator you must:
- Be 18 or older, pass identity verification, and keep your profile accurate.
- Never offer sexual content or services, even if a viewer asks or offers to pay more.
- Never ask viewers to pay you, or contact you, outside sodalife.
- Describe your events and rates honestly, and show up for events that viewers have booked.
- Not use other accounts, friends or bots to pay yourself or inflate your numbers.
- Make sure no one under 18 appears in your stream or room.
- Have the rights to any music or video you play.
5. Extra Rules for Viewers
- Treat creators with respect. Paying for a chat, call or event does not entitle you to ask for sexual content or personal details.
- Do not record, screenshot or share calls, streams or events without the creator's permission.
- Do not file chargebacks for Units you used, or create new accounts to get around a ban.
6. How to Report and Block
Report a live stream, event, live room or creator profile from its menu. Block anyone to stop them from contacting you. Creators can block viewers, and can report a viewer by emailing support@flyntrix.com with their username.
Reports are confidential. Filing false or repeated reports on purpose breaks this policy.
7. What We Do
- Remove content, or end a live stream, room, event or call;
- Send a warning;
- Limit features, such as going live, sending messages or earning;
- Suspend the account for a period of time;
- Permanently ban the account and block its phone number; and
- Hold or reverse earnings linked to the violation.
8. Strikes Ladder
Standard and High violations follow this ladder. Each strike lasts 90 days:
A High violation skips the warning and starts at Strike 1. Severe violations lead to an immediate permanent ban without warnings or strikes.
9. Live Enforcement
During a live stream, live room or event, problems are handled in real time: Reminder → Warning → Session Ended immediately.
10. Units and Earnings
Earnings from a session ended for a violation may be held and reversed if confirmed. Banned accounts lose unused Units and pending earnings.
11. Appeals
If you think we made a mistake, email support@flyntrix.com within 30 days. A different reviewer will inspect your appeal and reply within 15 days. If reversed, the strike is removed and held earnings are restored.
12. Law Enforcement and India
Users in India can send complaints to our Grievance Officer, Satya Tanwar (satya.tanwar@flyntrix.com). We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
