CREATOR APPLICATION & PRIVACY AGREEMENT

Clear, simple rules about your data and how we stay in touch.

When you apply to become a creator on SodaLife, you share basic details with us. This agreement explains what details we collect, why we need them, and how we will contact you during your onboarding.

1. What Details We Collect From You

We only ask for details necessary to review your application:

• Contact Details: Your mobile phone number and email address.

• Basic Information: Your full name, age (must be 18 or above), current city, profession, and languages you speak.

• Your Social Links & Interests: Your social media handles (like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), the kind of talent or content you want to share (e.g. singing, dancing, comedy, gaming), and the hours you can dedicate each day or week.

2. How We Will Contact You

By submitting your application, you explicitly agree that the authorized SodaLife onboarding team can reach out to you using your provided details:

• WhatsApp: We will send your login and verification codes (OTPs), application status updates, and next steps directly to your WhatsApp number.

• Direct Phone Calls: Our onboarding team may call you directly on your mobile number to discuss your application, schedule your live video screening interview, and answer any questions.

• Email: We will send your video screening room links, onboarding guides, and account updates to your registered email address.

• Strictly SodaLife Only: We will never spam you. Every call, email, and message from us will be strictly about your creator application, screening process, and account.

3. Your Privacy & Safety

• Safe With Us: Your personal details and contact information are kept secure and confidential.

• Never Sold or Rented: We never sell, share, or rent your phone number, email, or personal data to outside companies, advertisers, or third-party telemarketers.

• Used Only for Onboarding: Your information is accessed only by authorized SodaLife team members to evaluate your application and assist you in going live.

4. Two Simple Rules for Every Applicant

• You Must Be 18 or Older: SodaLife is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. If anyone under 18 applies, their application will be rejected immediately and their data removed.

• Be Your Real Self: Always provide your own genuine details and real social profiles. We have a zero-tolerance policy for impersonation and fake profiles.
